Shipment processing time
All orders are shipped from the United States and will be processed within 2-3 business days, although we will make every effort possible to ship within 24 hrs of Order receipt except for weekends and Holidays in the United States. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We use USPS USPS First-Class Package International Service. The Estimated Delivery time is 4 to 8 business days.
We reserve the right to use other Shipping Carriers at our discretion without any obligation to include them in this policy before we employ them. Should that occur, we will update this policy within maximum 30 days of starting to use a new Shipping Carrier.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur because of weather, Acts of God or other circumstances that are the sole responsibility of each Carrier(s) and of which Beauty4EU.com has no control over.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
Beauty4EU.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All orders are sent as Delivered Duties Unpaid (DDU), therefore, all fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.) and must be paid at or prior delivery to the local Postal Carrier.
European Postal Carriers will provide notices of attempts of delivery with clear instructions on where and how to make a payment.
Beauty4EU.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
